Yoyo, the loyalty marketing platform that helps retailers modernize their customer experience, has been named one of the UK’s fastest-growing technology companies by the 2019 Deloitte UK Fast 50 programme.
Deloitte’s Fast 50 is one of the UK’s foremost technology awards programmes. Now in its twenty-second year, the prestigious Deloitte listing identifies and acknowledges the 50 fastest-growing technology companies – with ranking based on revenue growth over the last four years.
Joining the likes of Revolut, Oaknorth and Clearscore, Yoyo was among the most prominent technology companies, taking 15th place in the overall ranking.
Reporting a massive 2103% growth in revenue from 2015 to 2018, Yoyo also took 7th place among the fintech companies listed by Deloitte.
Starting its journey to modernize the in-store customer experience within the corporate catering sectors in 2013, Yoyo’s growth rapidly increased as it shifted its presence onto high streets across the UK.
Observing Yoyo’s successful partnerships with catering giants like Compass and CH & Co, high street brand names, including PAUL, Caffè Nero, Planet Organic, Soho Coffee and Coco di Mama, approached Yoyo to utilize its world-class digital payments and loyalty engine and deliver the most personalised in-store experience to their customers.
Through a suite of Yoyo-powered apps, retailers are now delivering a wide-range of digitally-led features to their customers, from combined fast mobile payment, loyalty automation and rewards redemption to order ahead capability, gamified experiences and payment-linked feedback functionality.
Yoyo-powered apps are now used by more than 2 million retail customers and the platform has since spread across Europe, delivering the most personalised in-store customer experiences across Sweden, Denmark, Poland and Ireland.
Plans are currently in place for a Yoyo expansion across the Middle East and the US in the coming 12 months.
