Dev Clever Holdings PLC has announced a commercial partnership agreement with Yoyo, which will enable the leading developer of brand gamification solutions to reach an additional 1.7 million Yoyo-powered app users.
Dev Clever, which floated on the London Stock Exchange in January 2019 and is worth $47.5m, has a proprietary cloud-based gamification engine called Engage, which enables brands and retailers to reward their customers with discounts and vouchers through games ranging from instant win mechanics to gamified digital loyalty cards.
This commercial partnership agreement with Yoyo will significantly expand the network of retail locations where Dev Clever’s digital incentives can be redeemed – Yoyo is present in thousands of education and corporate catering outlets, as well as high street retailers including PAUL, Caffè Nero, SOHO Coffee and Planet Organic.
In a statement released to its shareholders, Dev Clever said: “What makes Yoyo unique is its ability to match the identity of a customer to the time, the place and the items they buy, regardless of whether they shop in-store or online.”

Through this commercial partnership agreement, Dev Clever’s retail and brand partners will now be able to authenticate a qualifying purchase, as well as deliver digital vouchers to 1.7 million Yoyo-powered app users, which can be instantly redeemed through a scannable QR code.
